Tayfun and Reyhan Demirøren are third-generation business leaders, each with over 25 years of experience in building and scaling enterprises across multiple industries. As principal shareholders in their family's conglomerate, they have cultivated deep relationships throughout European markets.

Salih Berberoglu has spent over two decades at the intersection of corporate leadership and investment banking. Having led financial and operational strategy for one of the region's most prominent holding groups, he brings intimate knowledge of building and financing businesses across multiple sectors—from heavy industry and energy to infrastructure and consumer businesses. His tenure included guiding complex acquisitions, structuring project finance, and serving on the boards of transformative infrastructure projects.

With expertise forged through both operational leadership and capital markets advisory, Salih understands the full lifecycle of value creation. Educated at Purdue University and Macalester College, he combines analytical rigor with entrepreneurial instinct.

Together, the leadership team brings complementary expertise and shared vision to the firm's operations, building a platform that honors generational business wisdom while creating new opportunities for sustainable value creation.
